All returns or exchanges must be authorized by us before sending product back. Contact us - we want to help!
Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt for exchange or refund. No refunds after 30 days. If through our error we supply the incorrect part for your car you may exchange it for the correct part at any time.
All returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in the products we sell. Our Warranty covers only the intended use of our products. Coverage is terminated if the item is used for racing. Our Warranty covers the item for as long as you own your car. Coverage is terminated if you sell or otherwise transfer ownership of the car.
We will repair, replace, or adjust any defective item or refund purchase amount at our option.

Kit Policy
The individual components within a kit cannot be returned for credit. If the kit is used, or partially installed we will not accept the kit for return. Incorrect parts may be returned for exchange, of course, and we will rectify any errors as quickly as possible.
ACCEPTABLE CORES
1. No physical damage such as cracks, bent or broken parts
2. Mounting holes not broken or excessively worn
3. Threads and splines not stripped
4. Not “frozen”; Internal movable parts should move
Shipping to Apple
Parts need not be cleaned.
To avoid delays and losses, please include at least one of the following three:
-invoice copy for core refund, OR
-completed purchase order form, OR
-a brief note with your name, address, phone number, listing of what is sent, etc.
Use carrier of your choice. For smaller parts we recommend Priority Mail using Flat Rate Box. Boxes (in three different sizes) are available free at post offices. Postage between any two USA zip codes is same for whatever you can fit in the box and package arrives in 2-3 busines days. Most popular size is 8.5 by 11 by 5.5; postage for it is $11.30 (tracking and insurance are optional). With postage paid online you can schedule free pick-up. For details go to Click-N-Ship.
