Curved style rotary style Houdaille Pierce Arrow shock with Internal valve adjustment in the center shaft, remove the center cap, adjuster is just below, controls shock resistance, if frozen please do not force, this part is very costly to repair if broken, at least you know its time for a rebuild. (not a Gabriel shock).
